Ducted Refrigerated
Ducted refrigerated is a cooling system that uses a condenser unit underneath the home, too cool air and distributed through the ductwork in the home. Ducted refrigerated uses electricity to cool the air before it is distributed. Likewise, it can also be used for heating. The heating system uses a reverse cycle to take away cool air so that the remaining air will naturally heat to a desired temperature for indoor use and comfort.

Multi – Head & Split System
A multi-head and split system is a system that incorporates two units, one that is placed outside and one that is placed inside. The split system is intended to give you more powerful control to distribute cool air throughout your space if you only have a window unit but don’t have the space or ability to install ductwork for a central system. Multi-head and split systems work great for those that have older dwellings or smaller spaces that newer systems just can’t accommodate.

“After moving to Australia, I realized that I needed to invest in a low running/operation costs heating and cooling system that was able to keep me comfortable all year round. I contacted Clayton Heating and Cooling who recommended a ducted because it fit my budget. I am so glad I found them as they were really helpful, friendly, and affordable!” – Serena B.
Evaporative Cooling
Evaporative cooling is a system similar to perspiration where direct heat is gathered and transferred into water towers that can then convert it into vapor which is then emitted into the air to cool it down. Evaporative cooling uses air from outside to perform this process. In comparison, ducted refrigerated uses recycled air that is already inside to perform its functions.

Hydronics Heating & Cooling
Hydronic heating and cooling is a system that uses a series of internal pipes, which have been installed throughout the home, to transfer and emit heat waves through a water source within the pipes. The hydronic heating and cooling system requires an initial water heating source, which can often be found via a boiler or a heat pump.

“Since I have a hydronic heating and cooling system, it is only natural that I would also have a leak in my wall pipes from time to time. So, I decided to call Clayton Heating and Cooling for heating and cooling plumber services, as well as standard maintenance parts repair, and solutions. They were really professional, punctual, and offered low cost on all of their repair and maintenance services. I can highly recommend them for any residential heating and cooling services you might need” – Larry T.
Gas Ducted Heating
Gas ducted heating uses a series of internal ductwork that is placed throughout the home to transfer heat, which has been warmed by gas, through the ducts where it is later dispersed from the vents or airshafts. The vents are strategically installed all over the home, calling zoning, either in the ceiling or in the walls or flooring, to push out air to heat a room of any size.
